🍫 Totara always leaves you wanting more. This was evident once again during our client afternoon at ‘Chocolate Nation’ in Antwerp. We shared this during the first event of UP Belgium:

👉 Totara aligns Performance Management with the LMS and Social Learning. And all integrated into one Learning Platform. Lee Cooper (Totara) explained, from his HR background, the strength of a comprehensive approach to ‘learning and performance’ for all stakeholders in the organization.

👉 Based on the 70-20-10 principle, we know that learning primarily occurs through knowledge sharing and jointly seeking deeper understanding. Vincent Jamin (UP) talked about the power of Social Learning and how Totara TXP, with its Learning Management (LMS) and Learning Experience (LXP), facilitates barrier-free (collaborative) learning.

👉 We don’t like complications. Therefore, Wim Gent (UP) guided users through the benefits of ‘Totara SaaS by UP,’ including the possibilities for streaming video. This ensures rich learning experiences for users within the Totara Learning Platform.

Lastly Lee Cooper then gave a sneak peek into Totara 18 and the Roadmap.
